New CrossTec Remote Control v10 Provides added CE Features

With v10 of CrossTec Remote Control CrossTec has raised the Bar for the support of CE and Pocket PC mobile devices. CrossTec Remote v10 now provides full Remote Control capabilities for Windows CE, Pocket PC and Windows Mobile devices over traditional IP or HTTP transports. The latest mobile platform support provides a wealth of new uses for the corporate IT department including:

> Generate automatic help requests when a CE device is docked in its ActiveSync cradle
> Works seamlessly over Wireless, GSM, GPRS and 3G connections.
> CrossTec Remote v10 now features multiple communications gateways (included as standard) that allow for all remote devices to securely connect to a common location, and subsequently be available for remote support, regardless of location, dynamic address or network firewalls. The CrossTec Gateway also includes redundancy support so two gateways can communicate and manage remote device availability in parallel to guarantee that connectivity is always possible.
