New Richmond SupportDesk 6.6 Adds Features & Enhancements

New Version Features Change Management and Customer Satisfaction Surveys CrossTec Corporation is pleased to announce the release of Richmond SupportDesk v 6.6. The release is a significant new version of its popular IT Service Management (ITSM) solution which adds many new features including Change Management, Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Active DirectoryT Quick Setup, and additional resolution codes. A Time Zone feature has also been added which defines the time zone where the SupportDesk server or Service Desk is located.
